Description
Crusoe is hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician to maintain the reliability and uptime of manufacturing and facility equipment. The role covers electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, high- and low-voltage systems, PLC and control-panel diagnostics, preventive maintenance, utility-system upkeep, safety compliance, and project coordination. Candidates need at least five years of high- and low-voltage electrical experience in manufacturing, with ten years preferred, along with electrical-code knowledge, diagnostic-tool proficiency, safety experience, and physical ability to work in varied conditions and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is up to $29–$39 per hour plus bonus, with equity and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
