Description
The Plant Maintenance Technician will support the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities by performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical failures, maintaining maintenance schedules and procedures, and keeping accurate records. The role focuses on compressors, industrial machinery, and other mechanical systems, requires hands-on tool use and safe access to elevated equipment, and involves collaboration with the maintenance team to support plant productivity and safety.
