Description
The Plant Manager will oversee the safe, compliant, and productive operation of a wind-energy plant, coordinating turbine and balance-of-plant maintenance, repairs, outages, contractors, technicians, and customer work. The role includes troubleshooting offline turbines, managing CMMS work orders and parts consumption, leading investigations, mentoring technicians, preparing reports, and supporting customer performance and budgeting activities. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on wind-energy generation and leadership experience, with engineering education, turbine troubleshooting, safety-standard, and project-management experience preferred or required.
