Standex Engraving is hiring a full-time Plant Manager for its new automotive interior soft trim manufacturing facility in Fraser, Michigan. The role leads plant and production operations, including plastic injection molding, quality, safety, maintenance, logistics, staffing, and continuous improvement, while managing the site P&L and building a high-performance team. The position requires at least three years of operational management experience in manufacturing or automotive soft trim, automotive plastic injection molding experience, and experience deploying and validating new processes in a highly automated production environment.
