Description
The Plant Manager will report to leadership and oversee the overall management and day-to-day supervision of manufacturing operations and production teams. The role coordinates production activities, participates in production planning, drives continuous improvement, ensures workplace health and safety compliance, supports employee training and performance management, and collaborates with Human Resources on labor relations and collective agreement compliance. The position requires relevant manufacturing operations experience, experience supervising personnel in a unionized environment, technical drawing interpretation, electromechanical knowledge, leadership, communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. It is a permanent full-time position with an annual salary of $85,000 to $95,000, depending on experience, plus an employer-contributed RRSP program and group insurance.
