Fluidstack is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager for its Phoenix-area facility. The role owns production output, line uptime, quality, on-time shipments, continuous improvement, final product acceptance, site readiness, contractor and vendor compliance, and the on-site manufacturing workforce. Candidates should have experience running high-volume discrete manufacturing facilities, managing third-party staffing partners, leading facility ramp-up, designing production systems, and maintaining OSHA, NFPA 70E, and environmental compliance.
