Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Plant Manager to lead plant operations, focusing on safety, production, and collaboration to achieve business objectives. The role involves championing a safe work environment, driving continuous improvement, managing staffing, coaching leaders, supporting employee engagement, translating corporate strategy into plant-level objectives, overseeing inventory, developing budgets, building cross-functional relationships, communicating performance, participating in regional initiatives, and engaging with the community. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, over 10 years of managerial experience in production, proven leadership, strong operational and lean business practice knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
