Description
De Hamer is hiring a Plant Manager to lead production at its Heumen site, which operates approximately 30 people across multiple production lines. The role is responsible for safety, quality, production KPIs, delivery times, costs, process improvements, investment proposals, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, the business office, and quality. The Plant Manager will also coach and develop supervisors and employees, maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, and embed structured processes. The position requires extensive production leadership experience, improvement methodology expertise, strong coaching and collaborative leadership, and knowledge of concrete production processes. Compensation is €4,782–€6,737 per month, with a 3.5% year-end bonus and other benefits.
