Description
The Plant Operations Manager directs daily production activities, safety and regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, workforce leadership, operational budgets, and quality assurance for a heavy-industrial mineral-processing plant. The role requires at least five years of operations management experience in mining, aggregates, cement manufacturing, or a related heavy-industrial setting, along with knowledge of mineral processing systems, mechanical and electrical trade experience, regulatory expertise, and the ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
