Description
Coke Florida is hiring a Plant Manager based out of Tampa to lead the technological and cultural transformation of a large manufacturing operation. The role provides functional leadership across Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments; oversees plant financial performance and P&L; manages safety, quality, food safety, service, cost, supply chain, and operational performance; and leads continuous improvement, team development, customer and community stakeholder relationships, and manufacturing asset operations. The position requires at least 10 years of progressive management leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or production, with prior manufacturing and warehouse leadership experience, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, vacation, and tuition benefits.
