Description
The Plant Manager leads the East Greenville business unit, providing strategic planning and tactical oversight of manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for safety, employee development, customer requirements, production output, uptime, efficiency, financial performance, quality, and coordination with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning, and Engineering. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field plus either three years of manufacturing leadership experience or ten years of related experience, along with strong communication, data-analysis, and personnel-development skills. The role is primarily based at the Reading Campus with 98% of the time at the East Greenville Campus and includes occasional travel to vendor locations, industry conferences, and other CPS sites.
