Kalmbach Feeds is hiring a Plant Manager – Feed Mill Operations to lead hands-on, floor-based plant operations and drive production, quality, cost, safety, and team performance. The role coordinates shift supervisors, manages production plans and budgets, applies lean manufacturing and food-safety protocols, leads continuous-improvement projects, and develops operations staff. Candidates should have at least three years of management experience or ten years of feed mill or production experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or agriculture is preferred, and must hold a valid driver’s license.
