Description
The Plant Manager will oversee all operations of a two-shift machine-shop production facility, including manufacturing scheduling and planning, process improvement, performance tracking, safety and environmental compliance, supply chain and logistics, budgeting and forecasting, and production staff development. The role requires at least seven years of manufacturing management experience in a machining or fabrication environment, Lean Manufacturing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and preferably a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
