Nox Metals is hiring a full-time, in-person Plant Manager to run its Ferndale facility. The role oversees daily plant operations, scheduling, throughput, quality, shipping, safety, OSHA compliance, operator training, and team leadership in a fast-paced, low-lead-time manufacturing environment. Candidates should have prior shop or factory management experience, familiarity with 24/7 operations, documented training experience, strong OSHA knowledge, and willingness to work long hours. The position includes company equity.
