Biscuiterie Thijs is hiring a Plant Manager to lead its production plant in Herentals, overseeing approximately 120 employees across early, late, and night shifts. The role is responsible for operational leadership, KPI and production-flow optimization, hygiene and preventive maintenance, incident response, and collaboration with other plant managers. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading a production environment with teams of 50 or more, relevant higher education or equivalent practical experience, and fluent Dutch and English. The position offers a stable schedule with no weekend work except in exceptional circumstances.
