Description
Reframe Systems is hiring a Plant Manager to run the production floor of its modular housing microfactory, own daily throughput, quality, safety, schedule reliability, and team performance, and lead the facility’s ramp from the prototype facility in Andover to a larger Billerica facility. The role requires hands-on floor leadership, people development, factory launch planning, and partnership with manufacturing, software, and operational excellence teams. It requires at least seven years of manufacturing operations experience, including running a production floor through a ramp or facility launch, and is open to candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
