Rogers Group is hiring a Plant Manager to supervise employees and plant operations at a limestone surface mine in the Tuscumbia, Alabama area. The role reports to the Area Production Manager and is responsible for safety, cost control, continuous improvement, staff development, regulatory compliance, mine and pit planning, budgeting, quality production, and community engagement. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in mining or geological engineering, at least five years of quarry operations experience, at least three years of supervisory experience, strong safety and leadership skills, and basic surveying and mapping knowledge.
