Sika is hiring a Plant Manager to lead the safe, efficient, compliant, and environmentally responsible operation and continued development of its Versailles manufacturing facility. The role oversees manufacturing performance, safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, people development, continuous improvement, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional operations. The position requires at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and an MBA or advanced technical degree desirable.
