Description
Sika is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the overall operations, performance, safety, quality, maintenance, cost, people, and continuous improvement of a manufacturing plant. The role coordinates production, maintenance, quality, warehousing, HSE, finance, supply chain, and other functions; manages budgets and capital projects; ensures regulatory and audit compliance; and develops multidisciplinary teams. The position requires a relevant engineering bachelor’s degree, typically 8–12 years of progressive manufacturing experience, and experience managing a manufacturing plant or large production operation.
