Smithfield is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee a multi-shift production environment, leading a team of Production Supervisors to achieve daily targets and ensure efficient, high-quality output. This role involves monitoring yields, managing staffing, championing safety and ergonomics, ensuring quality and compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, training employees, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
