Description
Standard Bots is hiring a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, operations, human resources, finance, and EHS at its Glen Cove, New York robotics factory. The role requires direct floor engagement, leadership of assembly and testing, SMT/PCB line ownership, SQDC performance management, budget and cost control, team development, continuous improvement, production scaling, new product introduction, vertical integration, and stakeholder representation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or equivalent hands-on experience, at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience, and 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in manufacturing. The position requires five days per week at the factory, offers relocation assistance, and pays $160,000 to $260,000 with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
