Beecher’s Handmade Cheese is hiring a Plant Manager to help build and launch a new cheese facility in Shullsburg, Wisconsin. The role leads production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, safety, regulatory compliance, vendor management, budgeting, and operational systems while developing a team of approximately 30 employees. The position requires at least 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in dairy or food, and offers relocation support. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year plus an annual bonus, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) match.
