Summerset Marine Construction is hiring a hands-on Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a marine construction fabrication environment. The role owns safety, production, quality, staffing, scheduling, supplier relationships, inventory, continuous improvement, employee development, and manufacturing costs, while collaborating with Sales and Service teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of manufacturing or fabrication leadership experience, CAD and steel or aluminum fabrication knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is primarily office-based with frequent production-area travel, occasional site travel, and physical work involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
