Hood Container Corporation is hiring a Plant Manager to lead its Houston, Texas corrugated manufacturing facility. The role oversees safety, production, quality, maintenance, warehouse operations, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, financial performance, and workforce development. Candidates need at least 10 years of corrugated manufacturing experience, 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, and a high school diploma or GED plus relevant college coursework or technical training; a bachelor's degree, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification, OSHA certification, and prior large corrugated converting facility experience are preferred.
