Description
The Plant Manager leads day-to-day manufacturing operations across EMIT Technologies’ production divisions, translating the Director of Manufacturing’s strategy into consistent execution on the production floor. The role oversees production schedules, staffing, safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, cost targets, operational KPIs, resource coordination, customer commitments, and cross-functional resolution of bottlenecks. It also develops production leaders, implements continuous improvement, uses operational data and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and maintains a visible presence on the production floor. The position requires at least five years of progressive manufacturing or production leadership experience, including responsibility for multiple production teams, and offers a salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 USD.
