Description
The Plant Manager leads the overall performance, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development of a manufacturing facility. The role provides strategic and hands-on leadership, manages budgets and operational metrics, drives lean and continuous improvement, supports workforce planning and employee development, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including leadership of managers and supervisors.
