Description
The Hampton Structures Facility Plant Manager leads all business operations at Howmet Aerospace’s Hampton Structures Facility, including P&L responsibility, EHS compliance, employee engagement, strategic planning, hiring, customer relations, quality, manufacturing, maintenance, asset management, production capacity, continuous improvement, and talent development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business, at least 12 years of manufacturing experience with at least 8 years in leadership, and experience with P&L, manufacturing excellence, customer management, and lean manufacturing. The position is subject to ITAR and requires U.S. person status; visa sponsorship is not available.
