Description
The Plant Manager will oversee the safe, productive, day-to-day onsite operations of a utility-scale solar photovoltaic plant. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, DC and AC testing, equipment scheduling, safety inspections, documentation, inventory, and technician training. The role requires at least three years of PV maintenance experience, SCADA and DAS/UPS experience, electrical testing and CMMS knowledge, NABCEP certification, and the ability to travel and work on-call. It is a full-time field and office position with extended hours, overtime pay, a performance bonus, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
