Description
The Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of two production plants in Marl, managing safety, production performance, quality, throughput, delivery, budgets, maintenance, workforce planning, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement. The role leads the site team, ensures compliance with EHS, ISO, legal, and company requirements, prepares operational reports, and collaborates with Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Finance, and HR. Candidates need an engineering or equivalent qualification, hands-on manufacturing or industrial production experience, operational and team leadership experience, strong decision-making and communication skills, and fluency in German and English.
