Description
The Plant Manager - Perfumery will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at dsm-firmenich’s Bharuch facility, overseeing production, quality, safety, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and continuous improvement. The role is responsible for meeting production targets, optimizing OEE and throughput, managing budgets and personnel, implementing Lean Manufacturing and TPM, coordinating with global manufacturing and S&OP teams, and ensuring high on-time delivery. Candidates need 15–20 years of experience in a similar industry, at least 5 years in a similar position, a B.E. in Chemical Engineering, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with food safety, GMP, Lean/Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
