MAC Trailer is hiring a Plant Manager to provide advanced technical leadership across welding, fabrication, engineering, equipment installation, and manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on expertise with steel and aluminum fabrication, MIG/TIG welding, blueprint and CAD interpretation, weld inspection, electrical and fluid-power systems, heavy machinery installation, production-line launches, and technical team leadership. The position also supports commissioning new equipment, troubleshooting combined systems, and training shop-floor operators.
