FORVIA is hiring a Plant Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the plant-level Manufacturing Engineering department, oversee methods and maintenance functions, optimize production processes and machinery availability, support industrialization and product launches, drive Lean and continuous improvement, and ensure quality management system performance. The role requires a master's degree in engineering, at least five years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, project management and leadership capabilities, and fluency in French and English. The listed salary range is EUR 52,000–75,000 per year.
