This job involves operating and maintaining daily plant operations within a hospital setting, ensuring a safe and comfortable healthcare environment. Responsibilities include managing boiler, chiller, pump, cooling tower, water treatment, medical air/vacuum, medical gas, compressor, and refrigeration systems. Additionally, the role requires operating and testing emergency generator and transfer switch systems according to Joint Commission standards, and managing HVAC, building automation, refrigeration monitoring, and patient care systems.
