Plant Operations Director at northern-lights

Northern Lights is hiring a Plant Operations Director to oversee maintenance, safety, compliance, and the physical condition of a senior living community. The role manages building systems and preventive maintenance, leads maintenance and housekeeping staff, supports life safety and regulatory readiness, collaborates with other departments, and participates in budgeting, capital planning, vendor negotiations, and room turnovers. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of building maintenance experience, and preferably prior supervisory experience, with additional trade certifications and a valid driver's license preferred or required.
