Description
Agtegra Cooperative is hiring a Loader for its Plant Operations team to operate and maintain equipment used for blending, mixing, and loading dry bulk fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, bulk and packaged chemicals, and bulk and bagged seed. The role includes operating dry-fertilizer bulk-handling equipment such as bobcats, forklifts, and payloaders; inspecting and performing light maintenance and repairs; following mixing and label instructions; providing customer service; and complying with safety, OSHA, DOT, and fleet safety requirements. The position requires a diploma or GED, 0–1 year of related experience or a combination of education and experience, a valid driver’s license with CDL eligibility, U.S. work eligibility, English proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
