Description
Dolese is hiring a plant operations leader responsible for the daily operation of multiple ready-mix plants, including operations, maintenance, production, inventory control, safety, environmental compliance, dispatch coordination, and supervision of plant employees and mixer drivers. The role requires ensuring product quality, safe and compliant plant operations, prompt deliveries, effective troubleshooting of production and equipment issues, accurate reporting, and strong working relationships with staff and outside agencies. Preferred experience includes mixer driving and batching, and candidates must hold at least a Class B CDL with air brakes and be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends.
