Description
The Plant Operator operates production machinery and controls, performs general plant labor and clean-up, assists with maintenance and repairs, monitors equipment and processes, and reports malfunctions to shift leads and the Production Superintendent. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of general manual-labor experience, English communication ability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more in an outdoor plant environment while wearing required safety equipment.
