Rogers Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time Plant Operator / Maintenance Tech for its Bloomington, Indiana aggregates plant. The role operates and monitors the plant, performs routine maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment, supports plant improvement projects, maintains service records, and assists with equipment installation and setup. The position requires previous maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude, safety discipline, willingness to work the 2 p.m.–11 p.m. shift and overtime, and the ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is $24.60 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, health savings account, pension, and other benefits.
