FLINT is hiring a Plant Operator for a three-month contract in Didsbury, Alberta, starting as soon as possible. The role involves operating and maintaining gas-plant equipment, recording test results, reporting issues, overseeing production, and improving facility efficiency, quality, and safety. The position requires at least four years of plant-operator experience in sulphur-forming facilities, a fourth-class power engineering certificate, extensive gas-plant knowledge, mandatory safety tickets, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform demanding work in various conditions. The schedule includes 12-hour work days, benefits after 300+ hours, and no camp, living-out, or travel allowances.
