The role involves operating, monitoring, and reconfiguring production plants; documenting work processes; troubleshooting and reporting malfunctions; preparing slurries or batches; performing quality checks and safety checks; and maintaining order and cleanliness. Candidates should ideally have technical vocational training or practical plant-operation experience, possess technical understanding, be reliable and team-oriented, and be willing to work shifts.
