Koch Fertilizer, LLC is hiring a Plant Operator for its Beatrice, Nebraska location. The role operates and monitors fertilizer manufacturing processes, equipment, control systems, and automation technology; performs inspections, product testing, minor maintenance, documentation, and continuous-improvement activities; and supports safe, reliable, environmentally compliant production. The position requires a rotating 12-hour 4-on/4-off schedule, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in hazardous conditions, and PPE compliance.
