MOIN Bio Backwaren GmbH is hiring a full-time Plant Operator for immediate effect. The role operates dough-processing systems, maintains documentation and process logs, assembles and disassembles equipment, adjusts systems to dough behavior, monitors product quality, handles leftover dough, and checks systems for cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and allergen regulations. The position involves 40 hours per week across 8-hour rotating shifts and a five-day week, with no night shifts. Candidates should have physical resilience, teamwork and communication skills, reliability, sufficient language skills, and ideally professional experience.
