Powermints is hiring a Plant Operator to set up, operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and document production machines and systems in a food-production environment. The role includes quality monitoring, shift coordination, continuous improvement, and work on early, late, or night shifts. Applicants need plant and machinery operator training or a comparable qualification, industrial-machine experience is advantageous, and food-industry experience is desirable.
