The Production Operator / Shop Floor Team Leader manages automated bulk and powder production processes, supervises Packing and Milling Operators, records production data, monitors environmental guidelines, leads TQM briefings, assists with packaging and silo-truck loading, and operates a forklift. The role requires a third-stage secondary education diploma, experience in an automated production environment, Dutch proficiency, accuracy, and initiative; a forklift certificate, BA4 certificate, or PLC affinity is advantageous.
