Description
The Plant Operator monitors plant operations, supports fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, operates systems in accordance with environmental, fire, and occupational health and safety guidelines, supports repair and cleaning shutdowns, participates in SPE&I and CI projects, and follows operating and work instructions. The role requires completed technical vocational training, willingness to undergo further training, German proficiency, independent and safety-conscious work, teamwork, initiative, flexibility, and reliability. It follows a five-shift system including early, late, and night shifts, Sundays, and public holidays, and offers onboarding, training, vacation, social benefits, and performance-based compensation.
