SCHOTT is hiring a Plant Operator for its Pattern, Stencils, and Screen Printing Inks division. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring machines and systems; retrofitting automated production lines; ensuring product quality; performing maintenance and servicing; and following occupational health and safety guidelines. Candidates need vocational training in machine and plant operation or industrial mechanics, several years of industrial plant-operation experience, technical knowledge of automated production lines, data-processing and IT skills, fluent German, and willingness to work a two-shift system.
