Description
Lausitzer Grauwacke GmbH is hiring a Plant Operator for its Lieske site to operate and monitor processing plants on a three-shift system, check operational readiness and technical safety, maintain equipment, ensure product quality and quantity, manage screening equipment, replace wear parts, and assist with major repairs. The role requires a qualified worker in processing technology or maintenance mechanics, a Class B driver’s license, and flexibility; a wheel loader or construction equipment qualification is preferred. It is a full-time position with 39.5 hours per week and benefits including 13 monthly salaries, training, vacation, pension provision, and capital-forming benefits.
