Synagro is hiring a 1-Day Shift Operator to monitor and control plant operations, perform mechanical maintenance, maintain records, ensure permit and product-quality compliance, and support safe and efficient facility operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of operator or process-plant experience, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to work varying shifts, overtime, holidays, and emergency call-ins.
