Description
The Plant Operator will operate and monitor cobot welding systems in a two- or three-shift schedule, set up welding programs, start production, perform quality inspections, carry out equipment maintenance and cleaning, document production data, report deviations, and collaborate with quality assurance. The role requires technical apprenticeship or training, ideally practical MAG/WIG welding experience, initial cobot or automated welding-system knowledge, shift availability, and willingness to attend internal training.
