The employer is hiring a Plant Operator / Production Associate for a permanent, full-time, shift-based pharmaceutical production site in Luckenwalde. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring production plants and process control systems such as PCS7, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, performing maintenance and servicing, conducting GMP-compliant production, changeovers, cleanroom work, inspections, sampling, and documentation. Candidates need technical vocational training, experience with process control systems or automated production plants, knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, or control engineering, shift availability, and very good German language skills.
